Countryside Landscaping is searching for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to maintain top-quality landscapes! We can adapt the role to fit your strengths and interests but we need someone to lead a small crew of 2-4 people (including the Crew Leader) to do some or all of the these tasks: pruning, mulching, spring & fall cleanups, weeding, fertilizing, seeding. Other opportunities as various time of the year include light tree trimming/removal, mowing, snow removal, etc..
Experience is a plus, but a love for working outdoors and making landscapes look amazing is more important. Leadership ability is a must as the Crew Leader must be able to make independent decisions, lead his crew to perform high-quality work, and communicate well with both our team and our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate landscaping maintenance.
• Supervise and lead a crew of 2-4 people.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Ensure work is done to high quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape supervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture or a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
