Country Roads RV Village is a 55 residential community.

We are a seasonal community offering full time year round employment. The best candidate will demonstrate great customer service, attention to detail and pride in their work.

The role of a security guard at Country Roads is to keep our residents and property safe and secure at all times. This requires physical patrols of the community using a golf cart or assigned vehicle and manning an entrance and exit gate to authorize and monitor those entering and exiting the community.

• Reports directly to the Chief of Security.
• Required under the direction of the Security Chief to maintain daily log reports, driven security patrol of the community, maintain vehicle and vehicle logs, walk facilities to check all aspects of the community buildings and grounds, walk residential areas as required and/or directed to maintain security of the residences, report any discrepancies or repairs in facility maintenance or grounds through work orders, report emergencies correctly and other duties relating to security as required and/or directed.
• Schedule flexibility is a must.
• Study and learn the rules and regulations of the Resort to operate within the structure set forth by the community documents.
• Handle medium to difficult tasks pertaining to security services of the community.
• Obtain and study the employee handbook of policy and procedures and work within these structures.
• Open line of communication with Security Chief at all times. Complete all reports after each officer completes the required patrol and after each facility inspection.

Pay: From $16.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
