Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all departments within the hotel. Duties: - Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent guest services - Oversee the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management - Implement and maintain effective operational procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration - Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and maximize revenue - Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team - Knowledge of night audit procedures and experience with budgeting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using hotel management software systems - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
