Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities - Ensure all areas of the room are clean and well-stocked, including the bathroom, bedroom, and living areas - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department - Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner - Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Basic understanding of English language (reading, writing, speaking) - Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting/moving heavy objects.
