Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management, preferably in hotel or hospitality settings, with a strong background in custodial and industrial cleaning practices.

Duties:

- Manage and lead the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness within the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols for various areas
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping personnel
- Coordinate with other departments to meet cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Address customer concerns and requests promptly and effectively

Requirements:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in hotel or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
