Hotel Housekeeper

Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including hallways, lobbies, and public areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing and window washing
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts with supplies and linens
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or services promptly and with a friendly attitude
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards and practices
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
