All CCM Team Members must at all times, be guest-sensitive and possess a sense of urgency in your timing. Successful CCM Team Members take pride in personal appearances, show dedication, display integrity and honesty in all areas of service.

Keep fitness facilities in clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties, such as dusting all furniture, and fixtures, cleaning / vacuum floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Clean rooms and bathrooms in whatever building your supervisor directs you to do.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Male candidate needed.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs without restrictions. Always ask for assistance before attempting to lift anything heavier than 35 lbs.
• Must be able to push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time; frequent bending, crouching, kneeling and reaching.
• Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts and overtime if necessary.
• Ability to work with others.
• Must be punctual and adhere to weekly work schedule.

OTHER :

American Red Cross certification in lifesaving.

Approximate schedule is : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2 : 00 p.m.-7 : 00 or 8 : 00 p.m. and Sunday 11 : 00 a.m.-7 : 00 or 8 : 00 p.

m. Off Wednesday and Saturday.
