Country Club Rehab, is seeking a friendly, highly motivated, welcoming front desk receptionist. In this role you will greet visitors, answer phones, assist residents and be the face and voice of our community.

Available Shift:

• Weekends from 8a to 8p

Receptionist Duties:

• Answer the phone, direct calls and take messages.

• Greet visitors and provide directions to specific locations within the facility, as needed.

• Monitor the activities of residents going in and out of the front door exit. Direct and/or escort those residents who need supervision back to their rooms or the nurse’s station, as needed.

• Handle potential applicant inquiries by informing callers of available positions.

• General assistance to Administrator and the BOM as required.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
