The Country Club at Castle Pines seeks an energetic, hospitality-driven, self-starters with a genuine interest in providing our members with an enhanced social and dining experiences. The ideal candidate must bring a “servants’ heart” approach to member interaction, must enjoy working outside around adults and children of all ages. Brings a fun and professional energy to our All-Seasons Village complex and pool area. Have a “can-do” & “pitch-in” attitude and must thrive in a team focused environment. To have a successful experience with CCCP, you must be punctual and arrive when scheduled.

Experience and Capabilities Requirements:

· Must be 16-years old.

· Minimum 1-year of customer service experience, preferred.

· Ability to react quickly and calmly in stressful and emergency situations.

· Must have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

· Must have or willing to obtain prior to start date CPR & basic first aid certification.

· Ability to have fun with safety in mind.

· Ability to communicate with all manner of people.

· Ability to work in a cooperative manner with staff, members & guests.

· Ability to naturally anticipate member & guest needs as well as have a keen eye for attention to detail.

· Ability to work outdoors with considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout each shift.

· Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays From May - August
