Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their purchasing decisions

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals
- Familiarity with operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus
