Current anticipated schedule: 11-730pm Fridays – Mondays (Tues/Wed/Thurs OFF)

Pay Range: $19 - $22.50/hr

General Purpose of Job:

The purpose of the Front End Lead position is to ensure accurate and efficient service to customers while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. This position is also responsible for assisting with the monitoring of cashiers and flow of floor operations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Answer and transfer Customer Service phone calls.

· Take detailed messages when needed.

· Facilitate Special Orders for customers.

· Ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness of the sales floor to meet and exceed customer expectations.

· Process returns and exchanges.

· Handle left behind purchases.

· Backup cashier as needed including Deli and Beverage Bar.

· Cover cashier shifts as needed.

· Support day to day cashier activities and monitor daily cashier schedule.

· Demonstrate reliability in attendance.

· Communicate with Front End Manager on issues or concerns that arise.

Education and/or Experience:

· No educational requirements.

· Must have a minimum of 6 months cashier experience at Country Aire OR at least 1 year elsewhere.

· Must have a minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Required Certificates, Licenses, Document or Registrations:

· Valid ID

· SSC or Passport

· Food Handlers

· Remain calm under pressure

· Cash handling experience

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Ability to self-motivate and work as a part of a team

· Know when to involve the appropriate manager

· Ability and willingness to support other departments as needed

· Proficient use of a POS System

· Must have good time-management skills

· Computer skills

· Fluent in speaking and writing English

Physical Demands:

This position will require standing, walking, reaching over head, speaking, hearing and use of your hands a majority of your shift.

As a Front End Lead you may be needed to assist in the carrying or moving of product up to 50lbs.

Additional Information:

The Front End must be staffed 7 days a week from open to close. Flexibility in your availability may be necessary for proper coverage or business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
