We are looking for a junior commercial real estate agent. Training can be provided for those without experience in commercial real estate. This agent will show spaces, write letters of intent and assist in building property surveys for clients. Leads will be provided and roles given for current listings to earn commissions quickly. Trust that this junior agent can represent Counter faithfully and professionally is of utmost importance.

This is a commission only based position. Advertised salary is estimated starting earnings. For either full or part time applicants. Also, you can work from home at this company.

Skills needed include:

• - Computer skills including email, basic word processing and CRM,
• - Proficient phone skills and written communication abilities a must
• - Desire to build long term relationships, not just transact with clients
• - Negotiation competency through listening to clients needs
• - Customer service experience a plus
• - Social media use is a bonus
• - Graphic design, photography and video skills a huge plus. Any proficiency with Keynote, Imovie, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Excel spreadsheets is helpful.
