Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated LMFT/LPC Associate to join our outpatient therapy team. This position is a crucial role in ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care for our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients
- Complete psychosocial summaries for the cl
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of licensing documentation
- Coordinate and assist with licensing inspections and audits
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding licensing requirements and best practices
- Stay current on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices related to licensing
- Be able to lead groups
-Experience working with adult clients diagnosed with trauma
Qualifications:
- Masters in Psychology or Counseling psychology
Proof of successful complettion of TExas licensure--LMFT, LPC,
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining confidentiality of client information
- Experience in case management or crisis intervention preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in clinical research, therapy, or patient care is desirable
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy or addiction counseling is an asset
