Serve meals and clean up serving area, maintaining records, forms and project income. Provide attractive meals in a congenial atmosphere. Communication effectively with seniors in the role of Host/Hostess. Prepare and hold foods at proper temperatures. Set dining room service in a sanitary and attractive manner. Help in planned activities. Keep serving site clean and orderly. Wash dishes, pots and pans. Supervise volunteers. Responsible for proper and secure storage of all stock. Keep minimum inventory. Responsible to turn in all donations and records to appropriate personnel.
