Council for Airport Opportunity (CAO) is a non-profit organization that supports the airport community with its talent acquisition needs. CAO has a proven track record for sourcing and staffing the right talent for top companies at JFK, Newark, and LaGuardia Airports. The Dishwasher will work onsite at JFK Airport.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by management.
• Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers.
• Ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation.
• Unload the machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas.
• Sanitize all trolleys, carriers’ oven racks and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage.

Qualifications

• Must have previous dishwashing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
