The CBCSD is seeking applicants for the following position:
Position: Strength & Conditioning Coach
Location: Thomas Jefferson High School (1 Needed)
Working Hours: 4-5 hours/week during school year, 15 hours/week during summer
Stipend: $7,500/year
Additional Details: The time commitment may include, but is not limited to before/after school, summer break, winter break, and spring break. No work will be required during "dead/family week" usually the last week of July or first week of August.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: Education and/or experience in weight training
- Required: Valid Iowa coaching endorsement or authorization
- Preferred: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the NSCA or Performance Enhancement Specialization from NASM
This position will be posted for a minimum of three (3) days. Qualified applicants will be contacted by Human Resources and/or the Activities Director.
