Description

Coulee Medical Center is looking for a surgical services registered nurse to join our team! Position includes care in a variety of surgical roles and settings, including but not limited to, preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative. Surgery experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Minimum call is one to two nights a week and one weekend a month. Cross-training to other departments is required once surgical orientation is complete. Must have current Washington State RN License. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within three months of hire. 

Position includes a sign-on/retention bonus for qualified RN’s of $10K. $5k will be paid upon hire with a $5K retention bonus at the completion of 2 years of service. Coulee Medical Center offers competitive wages and an excellent benefit package.

Salary Range:

The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility including 26 steps and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
