This individual needs to have the drive to grow as running more communities down the road is the goal of the Executive Director and Current staff.

Summary

A proficient Clinical Director should be able to perform various duties and responsibilities. Although a Clinical Director’s daily tasks may vary depending on the type of healthcare facility they work for, their main duty and responsibility is to manage and organize all activities in a clinical department. We are currently seeking a Clinical (LPN/RN) to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community.

Duties

• Design and implement business strategies to assist the clinic to realize business goals

• Oversee the department’s compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standards

• Ensure departments have sufficient and qualified personnel

• Organize and run all patient care or administrative operations and programs

• Ensure all medical records and other hospital documentation are current and within state and federal laws

• Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide feedback on their performance to help motivate their dedication to professional goals

• Plan and manage the clinic’s budget and approve payroll

• Act as a connection between patients, their families and additional care staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Current unencumbered nursing license
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Previous supervisory experience in the health care environment required.
• Current CPR certification.
