***$140,000 base salary plus 10 percent bonus after owner determined expenses. Openings in Utah, Montana, and Colorado. You must have an active Administrator license. Special preference given to administrators who have worked for Ensign, Cascadia or PACS. Cottonwood Healthcare owns 33 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Utah, Montana, and Nevada.
