Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects or tasks
Requirements
- Plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Customer service skills to interact with staff and address their maintenance needs
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
