Cottingham & Butler is growing and will be adding a Benefits Assistant to our Dubuque, IA office. This is a great opportunity to start in a role where you will be trained by and work with some of the top experts in the industry. You will support consultants in all of our locations by creating client implementation checklists and tracking the completion of checklist items. You will also prepare client communications and track letters, contracts, and various agreements. You will ensure that client and prospect data is entered into the system correctly and will generate reports from the systems.
This position requires someone that is detail-oriented and organized and is comfortable working in Excel and Word. Prior employee benefits experience is not necessary – we will teach you!
