Job Summary:
Cottage & Castle is looking for experienced cleaning professionals to join their team. Serving the larger Appalachian Highlands region, Cottage & Castle Professional Cleaning provides basic cleaning, deep cleaning, residential linen services, commercial office cleaning, and short-term rental cleaning services. Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (if required)
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed

Note: This position does require travel to client locations, so reliable transporation is required.
