Cotoletta Fitler Square is looking for a Brunch Chef. This person would be responsable for keeping track of inventory, executing menu items in a timly mannor, prep for Brunch, working the line duiring the shift, hiring 2 more people to assist behind the line and with prep as well as clean up.
Must have experience cooking eggs, omlettes, pancakes, etc perfectly and at a quick pace. This position would be for Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 3pm.
