Costen Floors is Hiring a Field Supervisor/Project Manager Near Fredericksburg, VA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Manager to join our flooring team. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating flooring construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in project management and flooring construction coordination will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise flooring construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the construction process
- Review blueprints and construction plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Utilize flooring management software RFMS to track project progress and manage documentation, estimates and quotes.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes

Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in flooring management software RFMS
- Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance
