We are seeking an energetic, conscientious and motivated employee to be responsible for the customer experience at our Pet Grooming Boarding and Daycare!
As a Front End Assistant Manager, you will:
-Follow the check in/check out procedures for all guests visiting the Store for any service provided.
-Answer all incoming phone calls, make and confirm reservations.
-Emptying trash cans, mopping floors, cleaning of rest rooms, common areas. **Those who are afraid of getting a little messy need not apply.
-Utilize the applicable software systems.
If you have the following, we just may have the perfect position for you!
-Excellent customer service and organizational skills including professional and polished phone etiquette.
-Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office) and reservations software.
-Able to handle a variety of animals safely and comfortably. *Ability to lift heavy animals (60 lbs.)
**Salary determined by previous pet industry experience/expertise. Those who have previous pet industry experience will be given 1st priority**
*** Spanish fluency is preferred
