Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications to customers and healthcare professionals.

Duties:

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Manage inventory and stock medication shelves
- Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Utilize medical terminology and pharmacy software systems

Qualifications:

- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Experience in an acute care or hospital setting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques for sterile compounding
- Excellent patient care and service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
