Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Market Manager to oversee our culinary operations and food service management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts, team management, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the market, including food preparation, inventory control, and supervising staff
- Ensure high-quality food service standards are met and maintained
- Interview, hire, train, and schedule employees
- Implement strategies to maximize market efficiency and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to drive improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

Pay: $92,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
