• Collaborates with process owners to design intuitive reports and analytic tools using various software solutions such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Webi, and Cognos.
• Defines and follows best practices to maintain reporting standards and comply with accounting policies.
• Communicates effectively with all levels of management in both business and technical contexts.
• Delivers software training and guidance for business users as necessary.
• Updates user stories in the ServiceNow Agile Development application in CARTS .
• Composes functional documentation.
• Develops a deep understanding of related business processes for assigned projects.

• Experience with enterprise-reporting tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Webi, or Cognos.
• Knowledge of core accounting concepts and SAP finance systems.
