Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner

Skills:
- Strong selling skills with the ability to close sales effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technical products
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is an advantage
