Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and explain technical features
- Knowledge of stock management principles is beneficial
