• Direct patients to the appropriate treatment room.
• Apply numbing cream on patient if needed, prep injectables/machines for clinician.
• Walk patient to front office area after completion of their treatment. Hand patient off to front office staff to ensure booking for their next appointment.
• Assist with front office duties such as: greeting patients, checking patients in, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls as needed.
• Use proper phone etiquette and greet other employees, physicians, vendors, and patients in a courteous manner.
• Responsible for reviewing and signing off tools and equipment used for any signs of damage or impairment. Note any sign of damage prior to using the equipment.
• Responsible for the supervision of the collection, processing, storage, retrieval, and distribution of the medical records.

• MA certification preferred, not required
• 1 year previous experience working as a Medical Assistant
• Bilingual preferred, not required
• Ability to work Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday 9am-6pm
