Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial accountability

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development

- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and quality control

- Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of staff members

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management

- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations

- Experience in food service management within the food industry

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
