What are we looking for

At Cosentino () we are looking for a Regional Distribution & Operations Manager Senior to lead our centers located in North America and Hispanic Countries , who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network.

What you will do

The Regional Distribution & Operations Manager Senior for NA and Hispanic Countries' responsibility is to ensure proper operational processes and controls are in place and effective in all locations.

Focusing on Safety, stock controls, customer service, employee retention, and meeting or exceeding weekly KPI measurements.

Continuous improvement and consistent processes must always be the long-term goal.

Main Duties are :

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multi-site facilities
• This person will help to optimize and centralize processes, oversee and implement improvement initiatives focusing on reducing costs while maximizing profitability, create operational efficiencies, improve safety and overall quality and help develop a comprehensive center operations strategy
• Lead team RDOMs and indirect reports : train, coach, and mentor employees
• Ensure that all health and safety, security policies, and standards are being implemented and followed
• Oversee Inventory controls; ensure they are being managed properly and reconciled with the SAP WMS system and cycle counts are being conducted properly.
• Ensure that truck routes and tasks are being managed and assigned appropriately
• Lead and manage through change, act as a cultural change agent
• Collaborate and work effectively with the cross-functional areas of the organization, as well as external customers to achieve both short-term and long-term business results
• Review and communicate weekly KPI results to assigned locations
• Evaluation of stock levels and classifications
• P&L performance and management
• A / R process and controls
• Ensuring proper customer service standards
• Ensuring consistent processes in all locations
• Continual process improvement
• Training of key personal
• Development and communication of best practices
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience

Required :

5 Years of relevant distribution & operations leadership experience.

K nowledge

Required :

• Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word 5 years
• SAP 5 Years
• Salesforce 2 Years
• Gensuite 2 Years
• TMS Systems 2 Years

Desired :

Any Certification or diploma related to DOT, TMS, OHSA or Warehouse Operations

Academical Background

Required

• High School Diploma

Desired :

Bachelor in Business Management or Supply Chain
