Description:

Our San Diego, CA, office has an exciting opportunity for a Fire Sprinkler Purchasing/Warehouse Coordinator. In this role you will serve as the key point of contact for our customers, employees and vendors. We are seeking a motivated and engaging person who enjoys multi-tasking, learning on the job, and providing simultaneous support in a purchasing and warehouse position.

This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY, and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and duties performed. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Purchase materials and tools as needed to support multiple projects.

* Issue Purchase Orders and maintain the purchasing log for projects. Ensure correct materials are ordered.

* Coordinate deliveries to and from vendor locations and to and from job sites.

* Maintain shop vehicle fleet operation and safety. Includes arranging preventative maintenance and repair.

* Manage inventory controls by collecting stock location order and printing request.

* Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

* Complete reports by entering required information on computer.

* Drive company vehicle as needed for deliveries to vendors and job sites.

Desired Skills and Experience:

* High School degree required, AA or college degree preferred

* Must be able to work Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

* Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required

* Good written and verbal communication skills required

* Clean driving record and current DMV driver report.
