We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Vehicle Titling Supervisor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in our operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all tax, license documentation, and titling for automotive purchases and trade-ins.

Responsibilities:

Supervising Title Staff: Oversee the daily operations of the title department, ensuring staff are motivated, productive, and efficiently processing title documentation.

Collaboration with Motor Vehicle Divisions: Act as the primary liaison between Corwin Automotive Group and local/state motor vehicle divisions, ensuring compliance and smooth processing of all related documentation.

Documentation Processing: Oversee and ensure the accurate processing of all tax and license documentation associated with automotive purchases and trade-ins.

Training: Conduct training sessions for new sales and finance & insurance (F&I) staff on the basics of titling, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle customer queries and titling issues.

Accounting Duties: Perform miscellaneous accounting duties as needed, contributing to the overall financial health of the dealership.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any titling issues swiftly and professionally.

Requirements:

Titling Experience: Must have previous experience in titling, demonstrating a deep understanding of the process, regulations, and requirements.

Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and motor vehicle divisions.

Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Time Management and Organization: Must be highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
