Established Architectural firm with over 30 years in South Florida is seeking experienced Project Manager to assist in the production of Architectural design and Construction Documents. Candidate must have South Florida experience and be familiar with local codes and regulations. Candidate must be proficient in Revit. Projected tasks include coordination of the project team in the preparation, detailing and delivery of architectural drawings; coordination with engineering consultants; standard architectural construction administration tasks and assistance with other various architectural duties which may include code research, plotting and assemblage of document sets, post production detailing and other tasks customarily performed in Architectural Firms.
Position requires that applicant has an Architectural Degree and a minimum of 6 years of U.S. working experience in the production of Architectural Construction Documents, proficiency in Revit, working knowledge of local and federal codes to include FBC, FHA and ADA and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Compensation to be negotiated based on applicant's experience.
