We are looking for a few night owls to join our residential team! Do you enjoy a quiet environment? Through the evening and overnight, duties consist primarily of cleaning, prep-cooking, laundry and most importantly, ensuring the safety of the individuals we serve. The mornings are busy as we assist with getting ready for the day.

$15.00 hr. weekend shift differential

We have 10 hour shifts (10p-8a) in our group homes. All are located in South Bend.

Our DSPs play a vital role in providing a family environment for the individuals with disabilities that we serve. We are looking for people who can mentor and teach people to gain independence in their daily living skills.

A few things that are important to us:
-All individuals we serve will be treated with dignity and respect
-We all work as a team to provide the highest quality level of care
-We ensure the safety of the individuals we serve
-We provide transportation to activities that are important to the individuals we serve, such as community events, jobs, etc.
-Cooking, cleaning and assisting individuals with all aspects of daily living is required

A couple things we require:

-Must be 18 years of age

-Must pass driving record/background check requirements.
