Our growing customer base includes the Department of Defense, NASCAR, the Olympic teams, and several universities. Exceeding 80% growth annually, we are looking for driven candidates to support high-impact initiatives. With industry-leading salaries, generous incentive plans, and a lakefront campus, Corvid continues to be one of the top employers in the Charlotte metro.

As a Strategic Communications, Bids, and Proposals Associate, you will utilize storytelling to strategically communicate Corvid’s unique capabilities, crafting narratives that captivate and win over potential clients. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating the development, refinement, and presentation of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and other competitive bids. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to ensure our proposals not only meet client requirements but also resonate deeply with Corvid’s strategic vision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, from the initial request through to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with client requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, sales teams, and executives, to gather necessary information and develop compelling proposal content.

  • Track proposal progress, monitor action items, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.

  • Write, edit, and format proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP guidelines and evaluation criteria.

  • Maintain a centralized repository of proposal content, including templates, past submissions, and reusable assets, to streamline future proposal development efforts.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to verify compliance with RFP requirements, including formatting, content, and submission instructions.

  • Ensure the timely submission of proposals through online portals or other designated channels.

Who We Want:

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the creation of client-centric proposals of high quality. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal management software, coupled with familiarity of RFP processes and procurement regulations is a plus. They should be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing priorities, committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
