• Starting Wage $25.75 or $29.75 (night shifts includes $1 shift premium)

Essential Duties

• Able to troubleshoot and diagnose machine breakdown i.e. gear boxes, bearings, broken structures, belts, and gears.
• Must be able to work with high and low voltage (industrial maintenance).
• Should be comfortable reading blueprints and using maintenance manuals
• Should have standard knowledge of tools including, welding, mills, lathes, cutting equipment, metal shear and brake, measuring, and drill tools
• Must have customer service mindset and excel in interpersonal skill
• Address all machine-related and part quality issue
• General understanding of hydraulics, including proportional valves and cylinder
• Consistently adhere to, and support, company policies and procedures, including ISO, IATF, and OSHA safety regulations
• Able to troubleshoot electrical components i.e. relays, contacts, fuses, transformers (preferred)

Important skills to be successful

• Ability to understand and use a multi-meter and current clamp
• Ability to understand motors, drives, encoders, Ohme’s Law etc.
• Understanding of basic mechanics, machine repair
• Must have general knowledge of tape measurer/ruler

Qualifications

• Must have basic set of tool
• Must be comfortable using the computer (general computer skills)
• Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed
• Must be able to pass background check

Preferred but not required

• Able to troubleshoot down to a PLC level
• Able to read and understand PLC code (ladder logic)
• Able to set up VFD
• Able to load program into a PLC
• Able to troubleshoot down to a board level

Pay: $25.75 - $31.65 per hour
