Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to join our team. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, from attracting potential tenants to closing leases. This role requires a strong blend of customer service, sales, and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and processing lease agreements
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads and follow up with inquiries
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct data entry tasks to update leasing information and tenant records
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for property upkeep
- Assist with legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements and property regulations
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant needs and concerns
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants
Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven sales experience in a leasing or real estate environment
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software
- Knowledge of property maintenance best practices
- Data entry proficiency for maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with CMMS tools for property upkeep
- Understanding of legal administrative processes in leasing agreements
- Ability to negotiate effectively to secure lease agreements
