Cortiva Institute is Hiring an Admissions Representative Near Saint Petersburg, FL

We're looking for an Admissions Representative to join our team!

Prior experience in school admissions is highly favorable.

As an Admission Representative, you will interview potential students and inform them of school’s program offerings, qualifications, and services in hopes of attracting potential students to attend the school.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set appointments utilizing callbacks, referrals and follow-up to mailings.
  • Meet with prospective students and facilitate the admissions process up to and including prospecting, interview, enrollment and start.
  • Enroll qualified applicants.
  • Maintain accurate files in compliance and industry standards.
  • Maintains weekly personal contact with students prior to the class start.
  • Conduct follow-up of future students by checking their enrollment status.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • 0-2 years of school admissions or related experience preferred
  • Experience in sales preferred

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under limited direction while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and follow-through skills.

Pay: $21.63 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
