CorTech is Hiring a Shipping Coordinator : 320431 Near Essex, VT
WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE SHIPPING COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Pay: $21 - $25
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm, can be flexible on start/end times.

- Interface with freight carriers.
- Complete truck bills of lading, process small carrier packages
- Process freight claims
- Loading and unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to
- Insuring material is properly marked with relevant information
- Sorting and placing materials in correct locations.
- Ensuring warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customer traffic.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Operation of fork lift
- Wrap pallets appropriately for large shipments
- Coordinate with CS and logistics in day to day shipments
- Assist in other warehouse duties as required.
- Determine cost efficient means of shipping, by comparing different carriers.
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of domestic and international shipping experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable in FTL, LTL, small package, air and ocean freight.
- Being Hazmat Certified
- Interacting with ERP system
- Interact with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS shipping portals
- Previous experience dealing with freight carriers and forwarders, and brokers
- Good computer and interpersonal skills required.
- Fork lift operator license preferred; will provide training
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
