Scheduled Days of the Week & Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm EST (overtime as needed - worker must be flexible to either arrive early or work late as needed)
Job Duties:
Responsibilities include recruiting activities to include requisition management, interviewing, background check, drug screen administration, job fair coordination, scheduling and participation in orientations, communication of such activities to plant and candidates. Other HR duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications: Experience in recruitment activities, excellent communication skills and organizational skills, proficient with computer – MS office, HRIS system (Workday/Kronos is a plus).
