CorTech International is seeking an Onsite Recruiter in Freeport, IL
The Onsite Recruiter represents CorTech by overseeing the day-to-day operations of CorTech’s associate workforce and business at our client site. The Onsite Recruiter is responsible for recruiting new temporary workers and maintaining current workers at the client site. The Onsite Recruiter must work with the hiring managers at our client to discuss the client’s needs and communicate with CorTech’s staff.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for overseeing the supervision of CorTechs associates in the clients distribution center
Orientation and safety training of the associates
Coaching and developing the associates
Attract employees who fit a job description and have the potential to become valuable additions to the company
Works with client/hiring managers to develop recruiting plans
Responsible for conducting new hire orientations, counseling/coaching temporary workers, and handling or escalating employee relations issues
Administer full onboarding and hire cycle
Responsible for communicating and enforcing CorTech policies around payroll, attendance, safety, and other employee programs
Provide first-class customer service to employees and clients
Efficiently completes all back office (payroll, operations) duties promptly
Job Requirements
Experience supervising in a production facility is a plus!
Previous work experience in staffing/recruiting and human resources is preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines, i.e., a self-starter
Must be detail-oriented.
