The role of the Milk Receiver / Filtration Process Operator involves the segregation of whey, where solid components are filtered out from the liquid portion. Subsequently, the water is purified, with the resulting clean water allocated for cleaning purposes, while the waste is directed to whey tanks for eventual transport to farms.

• Pay $20 - $23 based on experience and shift.
• Weekly Pay
• Growth and possible pay increases after 90 days.

Milk Receiver / Filtration Process Operator Required Skills/Abilities:

• Test raw milk and cream in the lab.
• Unload product from the trucks and put into the proper tanks.
• Move loaded trailers around the facility as needed.
• Clean and tag trucks after delivery of bulk milk or cream.

Milk Receiver / Filtration Process Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of safety procedures surrounding the use of a harness and zip line.
• Understanding of whey separating process.
• Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Knowledge of Confined Space safety procedures
