Duties
Support the Program Management team to drive the process from SOW to PO for all Global Oncology Medical Affairs (GOMA) contracts
Support the maintenance of a comprehensive tracker of all SOWs and POs
Enter SOW information into Zycus and ensure Legal reviews when/if applicable
Enter PO information into internal DS system and ensure PO creation in a timely manner
Provide regular status updates to Project Managers
Liaise regularly with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to ensure swift processing of contracts and POs
Bimonthly org chart updates
Onboarding new supplies/vendors for the GOMA organization
Budget Management
With oversight from Program Managers, support the management of clinical operations budget management
Support the Finance Manger in collecting information, building slide decks, and communicating within Program Management and Operational Excellence Team

Skills
3-5 years of relevant experience
Pharma experience preferred; not required
Microsoft Excel required; Smartsheet Preferred
3 years of experience with budget tracking
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a high-pressure environment
Education
Bachelors Degree required
