Remote Work Environment
Flexible Hours (Saturday or Sunday plus Tuesday a must) – hours of operations Mon through Fri 8 AM to 8 PM ET

General Purpose
Provide French/English customer service to consumers in North America via multiple of channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.
Strong candidates who are fluent in Québécois French and English. Dependable, loyal, looking for employment longevity and flexibility.
Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities

• Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
• Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
• Problem-solve in a professional and effective manner.
• Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels

(Including but not limited to telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc…)

• Answer incoming calls and incoming chats
• Respond to incoming emails
• Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call

resolution

• Return calls from voicemail
• Meet department and personal KPIs

Education and Experience

• High School Degree
• Bi-lingual necessary (French/English)
• Above-average Microsoft Office skills
