CorTech is seeking to hire a Brand Marketing Analyst for our client in Columbus, IN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $21.50/hr Support Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition initiatives to develop and implement recruitment marketing materials to attract non-exempt/hourly talent. Responsibilities for this position will include the following:
Create content specifically for non-exempt/hourly audience. All communications and marketing content created will heavily support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) attraction and retention.
Continue to build out non-exempt/hourly toolkit items for events and onsite needs.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and hourly sites to identify employees to highlight in recruitment marketing materials.
Field requests from Sales and Service and Manufacturing Talent Acquisition leaders with questions or recruiting support.
Partner with Employer Brand team to develop blog and video content to attract non-exempt/hourly audience.
Follow Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand agreed upon process to support hourly sites.
Become familiar with global marketing toolkits technology platforms.
Develop and implement process for identifying advertising needs.
Be able to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential marketing opportunities.
Responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and channel distribution.
? Partner with Employer brand team to measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. Position Requirements: ? Minimum of an Bachelor’s degree is required. . Degrees is marketing, communications, or related disciplines preferred. ? Manager is seeking someone with a minimum of three years related work experience in marketing, communications, and or Talent Acquisition. ? Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor. ? Manager is looking for someone who is comfortable reaching out to people (employee engagement) as there are a lot of follow-ups needed in this position. Customer service is of upmost importance for this role. ? Knowledge of social media, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. ? Microsoft Office proficiency needed - experience in Teams and/or SharePoint would be most helpful.
