This position is for a Credit and Collections Rep.
Education- HS Diploma required
Communication is key - must be able to speak clearly and professionally with Client Sales and Client end clients
Must be detailed Orientated, organized, multi task - this is a very fast paced environment
Customer Services Skills required
ERP Applications - Peoplesoft or SAP is a plus
Must have excellent Excel exp
This position includes preparing weekly and monthly corporate financial reporting, prepare and assisting with monthly journal entries and , weekly and monthly internal reports, performing internal audit and compliance testing, engaging and collaborating with finance team members to complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements include intermediate general ledger background from journal entries through financial statement preparation, strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) and education or experience to fulfill the essential functions and responsibilities with a minimum of 2 years accounting/general ledger experience.
