Job Summary:
Machine parts per print for customer orders at various work stations throughout the press area. Machine parts in a timely manner for production purposes. Complies with current ISO requirements, all safety requirements, and good housekeeping.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To operate machinery per requirements of the print specifications, shop order, and inspection charts.
Assure that machine is operated with the proper coolants, lubricants, and other fluid levels maintained.
Perform at a level to maintain production standards.
May be required to work at any workstation to meet production requirements.
Inspect product to assure continued conformance to specifications.
When required, performs rework to nonconforming product.
Completes all documentation associated with the operation.
Maintains the workstation area in a clean and orderly condition.
May be required to train any new employee assigned to the area.
Performs other duties as directed by supervisors.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Need to be able to exercise good judgment and decision making skills. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have Other Skills and Abilities - Must be detail oriented. Must be organized and have the ability and drive to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Education and/or experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Employee must be able to perform basic reading, writing and mathematical functions.
Language Skills Ability:
to read and write. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memorandums and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing.
Mathematical Skills:
Basic mathematical skills are required. -Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
